Placement Programme Project Worker (20 hours per week)

We’re looking for a friendly, creative and enthusiastic person to join our Placement Team, supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Autism to take part in meaningful workshops on our city farm.

No two days are the same – one day you might be baking, creating artwork or building something in an upcycling workshop; the next you could be supporting animal care, helping participants develop new skills, or coming up with ideas for future activities. If you enjoy working with people, love being creative, and want to make a genuine difference in a supportive and welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small, passionate team helping people build confidence, independence and well being through practical, hands on experiences.

If you’re interested but aren’t sure you meet every requirement, please get in touch for an informal chat before applying.

Salary:  £13,988 (actual)

Hours of work: 20 hours per week, Tuesday – Friday, 10:15-3:15
